Ordering and delivery
An order is placed by adding an item to the cart and then proceeding with the checkout process. When an order is placed and paid for, you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Your order will be sent to the address given when placing the order. You are notified of the estimated delivery upon purchase. Order delivery is handled by either DPD and UPS within Europe and by Fedex for all other orders. Delivery times may vary and depend on destination.
Normal delivery times:
Europe: 2 – 3 business days
International: 4 – 5 business days
We ship worldwide with the exception of the UK for orders below €155. The prices shown are the current prices. They include VAT and exclude the delivery costs.
If you are ordering from outside the EU, your order may be subject to your country's VAT, and/or other import taxes and fees. Senscommon can not in any way control this or be held responsible or accountable for additional costs like this.
Returns and refunds
One of the potential challenges comes down to ensuring our customers select the right size. If you are unhappy with the fit for any reason, we want to make it right. We will happily exchange the product for a different size, free of charge in the EU (shipping charges apply for international orders).
For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receipt of the product and receive a refund. You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them.
If for any reason you would like to replace or return a purchased item, you need to contact us through email (at ) within 30 days from delivery, as according to .
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
For a full refund, items must be in their original condition, un-used, with all labels and tags attached. In case of returns all shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery, or there there has been some other mistake by our account.
We cannot take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package. If your package is damaged when being delivered, you need to report this to the courier on sight.
